Each of these songs are on the charts because each of them have catchy lyrics in the song for people to remember. Also by over playing them on the radio forces people to hear it, you might not like it the first time, but at some point you will be humming the tune of Call Me Maybe. By also putting songs into commercials it allows people to hear the songs even on the television. These songs make people have the urge to dance and be happy.
